India Endowment Fund LP (IEF), Delaware, USA

IEF has been formed to raise seed capital globally from Institutions and accredited investors to develop conventional and innovative opportunities in India & other countries. The Fund is for direct and early investment opportunities in projects that will take advantage of the rising growth in India and elsewhere. The Fund will also encourage the wealth of know-how available in USA implemented worldwide.

The current list of Projects that IEF is promoting or has a stake in it are:

  1. Energy Park (LNG based) and the development of a Port at Manapad closer to Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu, India where 2000 Acers of land have been acquired.
  2. Biogas projects to produce Green fuel in Bilaspur, Uttarakhand to replace coal for cooking, under a LOI from Indian Oil.
  3. Biofuel using Syngas generated by biogas using modern technology directly converting to Dimethyl Ether (DME).
  4. Multiples 10 MW Solar Power Plants in Thailand, under agreements signed by Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team from India. The procurement of components is underway.
  5. Battery Regeneration Projects in Leh, Ladakh in India and in Burkina Faso (Africa).

The investors can diversify invest in the seed capital Fund and reduce their risk. The Fund invests projects where ROI is about 15% is higher and the local management is guided by international subject experts. IEF LLC registered in the State of Ohio, USA will conduct due diligence and monitor the projects where the Fund invests in seed capital projects
